Diabetes Group Visits Webinar

Elizabeth Molina-Ortiz, MD, MPH, the Institute’s diabetes medical director, and Christina McGeough, MPH, RD, CDE, our diabetes program coordinator, recently delivered a webinar on diabetes group visits. Group visits are a popular and effective component of the Institute’s innovative diabetes care initiative. The webinar describes how to deliver effective group visits with a variety of staff. The webinar was organized by the NYSHealth Foundation Diabetes Campaign and the New York State Academy of Family Physicians.
