Free Clinics for the Uninsured The Institute for Family Health operates two free clinics for the uninsured in partnership with students from two of New York's premiere medical schools. At the NYC Free Clinic in Manhattan we work with students from New York University; at the ECHO/Walton Free Clinic in the Bronx we work with students from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. HIV Care Ryan White-funded programs for people who are HIV-positive are located in New York City and the Mid-Hudson region. Medical care, counseling, and social services are offered.
