In
all areas, at all levels, the Institute strongly promotes
workforce diversity.
An
Organizational Diversity Committee meets regularly to recommend
ways in which the organization can be more responsive to
diversity issues. We provide a mandatory two-day diversity
training to all staff. We have also developed a diversity
curriculum for managers to help them harness staff differences
in ways that could increase output.
Diversity
training is made available to other healthcare organizations
