The
Institute for Family Health strives to improve in
all areas of health care delivery on a continual basis.
Through a process of continuous quality improvement (CQI)
we study what we do, and create interventions when our efforts
do not meet expectations. Using our state-of-the-art Epic
electronic health record system, we are able to extract
and analyze data to review vital steps within the process
and the outcomes produced. An important part of our analysis
is the ability to break down data from our patient health
records using multiple levels of care and/or disease characteristics.
Results obtained lead us to the next level of success or
to further evaluation. The cycle repeats as we make every
effort to provide the very best of services and care.
