Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; proven track record of successful projects. Familiarity with Healthcare Delivery settings, excellent verbal and written communication skills; Project Management certification a plus.
Responsibilities: Manage resources from various departments in order to fulfill project goals and timelines; Manage multiple projects simultaneously; Report on project status to senior management.
Web Developer/Programmer
Department: Information Systems
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. Minimum of 5 years experience in web design and development, including development of complex web applications and HTML documents. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Intersystems Cache Server Pages a plus
Responsibilities: Develop web page, database, and content management system infrastructure; Customize MyChart patient portal. Production and maintenance of web applications and scripts such as ASP,ASP.NET, CGI, PERL, JavaScript, etc. Research new technology to stay current and easily accessible. Utilize applications to ensure technical performance; develop Internal Intranet site to improve employees' access to company data as well as external resource. Manage The Institute's Internet domain names; maintain various internal and external web-based systems.
Accounts Payable Clerk, Finance Department
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA preferred. Minimum of one (1) year related experience required. Demonstrated experience with automated accounts payable system preferred. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient with computer software including but not limited to MS Word, Excel and the Internet required.
Responsibilities: Prepare collection reports from sites to be entered in general ledger. Maintain responsibility for monthly ledger closing and depreciation and amortization schedules for fixed assets. Operate payroll accounts for bank reconciliation. Maintain responsibility for monthly and quarterly reports. Prepare monthly accounts payable reports detailing purchase, payments, and ages report. Prepare calendar year end 1099 statements. Compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered.
