Assistant Practice Administrator
Phillips Family Practice
 
Requirements:         BA required.  Minimum of one-year managerial experience in practice operations preferred, demonstrated experience supervising staff required. Demonstrate organizing and scheduling skills. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate computer software proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and Epic/Epic care systems. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus. 

Responsibilities:        Assure the provider scheduled are entered correctly into the computer system.  Receive and resolve patients' complaints. Assist the Practice Administrator with patient flow management.  Perform administrative quality assurance.  Coordinate maintenance of physical plant. Produce written meeting minutes and management reports.  Assist with hiring, supervising, scheduling and evaluating Patient Services Representatives. Supervise the review of computer data to ensure accuracy.

Project Coordinator

Requirements:        Bachelors degree required, masters in Public Health or related field preferred.  Experience in Health Care preferred.  Experience in project management and grant administration; proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with or strong interest in Health Information Technology; evidence of strong written, verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.  Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and initiative; and excellent time management skills.  Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities:       Manage grant-funded projects related to the innovative use of health information technology (HIT).  Implement electronic health record functionality to identify and address racial and ethnic health disparities, including the implementation of a Spanish-language website in which patients can view their health records.  Work with clinical, administrative and information technology staff to develop and implement projects; manage the budgetary and reporting requirements for grants; and support project evaluation.

Level 2 Technical Support Specialist
Information Technology Department         
 
Requirements:             High School diploma or equivalent required.  BA degree preferred.  A+ or other certification preferred.  Previous experience in the helpdesk or technical support role in IT department required.  Excellent written and oral communication required.  Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the able to work with confidential information independently required.
 
Responsibilities:
          Provide level 2 support for all IT related issues escalated by the Helpdesk including but not limited to configuration, troubleshooting, connectivity, installations and upgrades.  Provide after hour coverage based on rotation.    When needed answer Helpdesk support line and enter tickets and follow up accordingly.  Set up, image, configure PCs, laptops, and Printers and peripherals.  Rollout hardware improvements.  Monitor, maintain and upgrade Track-It system as needed.  Develop basic training materials for users, as required.
