Grant Accountant, Finance Department 

Requirements:             Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  Minimum of Two (2) years experience in grant accounting position.  
Computer, communication, interpersonal, supervisory, leadership and organizational skills
 

Responsibilities:     Monitor the receipt and expenditure of grant funds. Assist program managers with financial information in the preparation of grant proposals. Prepare financial analysis as required by Management. Prepare invoices and other reports for regulatory agencies.  Prepare and distributes budget variance reports to program managers on a monthly basis.  Prepare monthly journal entries pertaining to grant related activities and reports for existing grants and service contracts. Report and communicate to grant managers and service and contract managers.
