- Gynecological care
- Family planning
- Prenatal care (including CenteringPregnancy™ groups)
- Specialized care for women with HIV/AIDS
We are pleased to offer women a broad range of confidential reproductive health care services at all of our health centers.

Family physicians provide prenatal care! At most of our sites, our family physicians, nurse practitioners and nurse midwives care for a woman right up until delivery. We coordinate the care with providers at the hospitals where women choose to have their babies. New mothers and babies can return to their provider for postpartum and newborn care.
Two of our centers, Phillips Family Practice in Manhattan, and the Ob/Gyn and Specialty Care Center in Kingston, have providers who also assist you during the delivery of your baby. In Kingston, our ob/gyns and nurse midwives deliver at The Kingston Hospital. At Phillips Family Practice, our family physicians deliver at the Beth Israel Medical Center.
CenteringPregnancy™ brings women out of exam rooms and into groups for their care. Women receive a clinical exam and nutritional assessment with their healthcare provider. Following the initial visit, they are invited to join with 6-10 other women with similar expected dates of delivery for group self-care activities. The group meets every month for the first four months and then every two weeks. Partners or family members can also attend. Participants discuss topics of interest related to pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, breastfeeding, and personal growth. In addition, women participate in self-care activities, including measuring their own blood pressure and weight, entering data on their personal tracking chart, and completing self-assessment sheets. Women who participate in Centering Pregnancy are not only more satisfied with their care, they tend to have healthier pregnancies and healthier babies!
