Diabetes Group Visits

“Diabetes group visits” are weekly meetings where 8-12 patients from the Institute for Family Health get together to learn about diabetes, share tips and eat healthy snacks. Each group meets for 4-8 weeks. You will learn from our diabetes educators, and more importantly, you will learn from each other!
