Partnering for Change

Bronx Health REACH partners with a number of organizations to address issues that require policy change, including the Bronx District Public Health Office, the New York City Department of Education Region 1, the Mayor’s Office of Food Policy, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the New York State Department of Health, New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, the Community Health Care Association of New York State, the New York State Academy of Family Physicians, the Primary Care Health Information Consortium, Montefiord School Health Program and others.
