Highbridge Community Life Center

Our neighbors are taking charge of their lives. Since our beginning in 1978, we have provided our neighbors with adult education, counseling and psychotherapy, mobile meals, outreach programs, and other support services. Highbridge has been recognized for its work by the New York Times and the Bank of America’s Neighborhood Builders Award. By partnering with Bronx Health Reach, we saw a great opportunity to take another step toward helping our clients improve their health and health care. For example, our Healthy Highbridge activities began as a result of our collaborative relationship with BHR. We never lose sight of the reality that we need to take care of ourselves and our health.
