PCDC will hold its 20th Anniversary Spring Gala on June 9, 2014 from 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM at Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers. This year PCDC celebrates 20 years of working with organizations and individuals who are on the cutting edge of the healthcare movement.
The Institute for Family Health was recently awarded renewed status as an accredited diabetes education program by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. This designation ensures that all patients receive access to critical diabetes education services at all Institute health centers.
