If you did not apply for private insurance by March 31, you cannot apply this year and will need to wait until the Insurance Marketplace opens again for coverage next year. However, you may apply for Medicaid and Child Health Plus at any time during the year.
Students from the River Park Nursery School visited the Institute for Family Health’s Amsterdam Family Health Center for a children’s book reading on March 18th.
The Institute for Family Health was awarded New York State funding to support coordination of health services for individuals with chronic, complex conditions. State-designated “Health Homes” across New York received funds to offset critical investments made to launch the Health Home program for Medicaid beneficiaries with chronic illnesses.
