Preschool age children listened attentively as Congressman Charles Rangel read Five Little Monkeys Jumping on a Bed aloud to them at the Institute’s Family Health Center at North General. The visit was made to support Reach Out and Read, a program that recruits doctors and other medical providers to encourage families to read together.
